摘要
数控机床在低速进给时,会发生非匀速爬行,对加工精度和工件表面质量非常不利。本文主要研究爬行现象的一种数学模型建立,分析发生爬行现象的临界速度,推导出影响临界速度的各个因素。
CNC machine tool feed at low speed occurs when the non-uniform crawling on the machining accuracy and surface quality is very negative.This paper studies the phenomenon of a mathematical model of crawl established,an analysis of the phenomenon of the critical speed crawling,derived the various factors affecting the critical speed.
