摘要
水电是高校教学、科研、生活的重要资源，是保障高校正常工作和生活秩序的重要物质条件。水电支出在高校财政中占较大比例，且呈不断上升的趋势。通过对高校水电设施管理现状的剖析，探索提高水电管理水平的对策。
Hydropower is university teaching,research,vital source of life is to protect the university＇s normal work and daily life important material conditions.Water and electricity expenditures in the fiscal accounts for a large proportion of college,and showed a rising trend.Hydroelectric facilities by the university management status of the analysis,to explore strategies to improve water management level.
