HER-2是否可以作为前列腺癌分子治疗的靶点？

HER-2, a potential molecular target for treatment of prostate cancer？

目的探讨HER-2在前列腺癌中的表达情况，探索以HER-2为靶点对中晚期前列腺癌进行靶向治疗的可行性，为对中国前列腺癌患者开展分子靶向治疗提供理论依据。方法利用长春市人群前列腺癌筛查资料，应用临床资料统计、形态学观察、免疫组化染色及血清学检测等方法对164例前列腺癌组织标本及54例血清标本进行HER．2基因表达及血清含量分析。结果（1）164例前列腺癌组织标本中HER-2免疫组化染色结果均阴性；（2）54例血清标本中有32例可以检测出HER-2含量，其中有3例〉10ng／ml（5．6％）。结论HER-2在长春地区人群中前列腺癌的表达水平非常低，以HER-2作为治疗前列腺癌的靶点是不可行的。

Objective To investigate the expression of HER-2 in prostate cancer and analyze the possibility of HER-2 as a molecular therapeutic target for prostate cancer. Methods Clinical and pathologic data of all cases were from the pathology department of Prostate Diseases Prevention and Treatment Research Center of Jilin University. The expressionS of HER-2 in164 cases were detected by Immunohistochemical staining. Levels of serum HER-2 in 54 cases were measured by ELISA. Results （1） No expressions of HER-2 were found in 164 PCa tissues by immunohis- tochemistry staining; （2） Concentration of serum HER-2 was detected in 32 of 54 patients, and only 3 cases had high level of serum HER-2 （〉10ng/mL）. Conclusion The expression rate of HER-2 in prostate cancer tissues was relatively low in PCa patients in Changchun. HER-2 might not be used as a molecular target for treatment of prostate cancer.
