摘要 目的评估308 nm准分子激光局部照射治疗稳定期白癜风临床疗效及安全性。方法采用准分子激光局部照射治疗125例共168处稳定期白癜风患者皮损,每周照射2~3次,治疗20次以上开始疗效评估,并记录不良反应。结果 125例共168处皮损白癜风患者经20次以上照射,显效率52.4%,有效率88.7%。面、颈项部和躯干部皮损起效比四肢末端快;准分子激光局部照射治疗主要不良反应为局部红斑,偶有瘙痒、水疱。结论 308 nm准分子激光局部照射治疗稳定期白癜风疗效好,不良反应少,其疗效与皮损部位、病程有关。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable stage of vitiligo.Methods The vitiligo lesions in stable stage of 125 patients with 168 lesions were treated twice or three times per week by 308 nm excimer laser.The efficacy and related factors were evaluated after treated with excimer more than 20 times.Results The markedly effective rate was 52.4%.The effective rate of the treated lesions was 88.7%.The lesions on the face and neck had a better response to the treatment than those on the trunk or limbs.Conclusion The 308 nm excimer laser is safe and effective in treatment of vitiligo in stable stage and the efficacy is related to the anatomic sites.The efficacy may be concerned with the vitiligo lesions location,history of the disease.
