不同桩核系统修复上颌中切牙残根的临床观察

摘要 目的对不同桩核系统修复上颌中切牙的临床效果进行比较与评价。方法选择2005-2006年运用RelyXTMfibre post-复合树脂核(A组)、铸造纯钛桩核(B组)、铸造镍铬合金桩核(C组)联合钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复上颌中切牙的病例各30例,对患者的112件修复体的边缘适合性进行评价,记录失败的例数及方式,并统计生存率及成功率。结果各组发生桩及牙根折裂的例数:C组>B组>A组,生存率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);根折裂部位:C组位于根中及根尖,B组位于根中、颈部,A组位于根颈部;修复体适合性成功率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同铸造金属桩核相比RelyXTMfibre post-复合树脂核有利于牙根的保护和再利用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of maxillary central incisor restored by different post-core systems.Methods 90 patients whose maxillary central incisor restored by Relyx fiber post-composite core,cast titanium post-core and cast nickel-chromium alloy post-core with Co-Cr PFM in our department during year 2005-2006 were enrolled.The clinical performances of the 112 restorations of these 90 patients were evaluated according to evaluation criteria,California Dental Association,record the number of cases of failure and pattern,and then count the survival and the success rate.ResultsOccurred during the observation period in each group piles and root fracture of the number of cases: C group B group A group,survival analysis is a significant difference(P0.05);root fracture site: C group in the root and root sharp,B group in the root of the neck,A group in the root of the neck;restoration of the success rate for analysis no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Relyx fibre post-composite resin core is conducive to root protection and re-use.
