用临界显著性结果解释与报告临床试验
Interpreting and reporting clinical trials with results of borderline significance
摘要
随着临床试验实施及统计学分析方面指南的逐步清晰，随机分组临床试验的质量及如何报告试验结果已不断在改进。临床试验常需时数年，但试验结束时如何解释试验结果最为重要，因为这影响到是否推荐某种新的干预。虽然研究人员已越来越熟悉医学统计学，但是解释及报告临界显著性结果仍存在问题。现在让我们看看问题出在哪里，并提出一些解决办法。
