第252例 精神异常-抽搐-肠梗阻-盆腔占位病变

摘要 病历摘要 女性患者，20岁，因“发热、头痛、呕吐4d”于2010年5月14日入院。患者入院前4d起床后自觉头痛，伴恶心、呕吐，自觉四肢无力。第2天出现发热，体温最高达38．5℃，仍伴有头痛、呕吐，间有头晕，非天旋地转样。在当地检查予“退热药”等处理。患者仍有发热，间有胡言乱语，迫害妄想。2010年5月14日拟诊：中枢神经系统感染收入院。神经系统检查：发热，体温38℃，神志清，有精神异常，表现为发作性躁狂、乱语，自残，有迫害、夸大妄想。
