移植物抗肿瘤效应及其应用于大肠癌治疗的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 从实验动物模型和临床经验的最新数据表明,异基因干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)可产生类似于移植物抗白血病效应(GVLR)的移植物抗肿瘤效应(GVT),并对实体瘤如大肠癌有治疗作用。笔者就allo-HSCT中产生GVT及其GVT的免疫机制和近几年本allo-HSCT在大肠癌治疗中的研究进展进行综述。
