摘要
目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者动眼神经不全麻痹的临床特点、综合治疗及预后。方法对17例(17只眼)Ⅱ型糖尿病患者并发动眼神经不全麻痹的临床资料进行分析。结果 17例患者均有复视主诉,其中13例患者单侧上睑下垂,17例瞳孔均未受累。15例患者治愈,治愈时间约为2～4周。2例好转,1例复发。结论该病为急性发病,积极治疗原发病及中西医综合治疗神经系统病变可取得满意效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical features,comprehensive treatment and prognosis of type 2 diabetes with oculomotor paralysis.Methods Analyze the clinical data of 17 cases with type 2 diabetes with oculomotor subparalysis.Results 17 patients with diplopia were included.Among these patients,13 had unilateral blepharoptosis.15 cases were cured with recovery time of 2~4 weeks,2 cases improved and 1 case relapsed.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes with oculomotor subparalysis is acute disease with diabetic microvascular disease as the pathogenesy.Active treatment with combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine in nervous system is effective to treat this disorder.
