田口方法在优化铝熔炼炉工艺参数中的应用

摘要 为提升铝熔炼炉热效率、降低污染物排放和提高熔体质量,根据影响熔炼性能的特性要因,运用正交表安排数值模拟方案,通过田口方法进行铝熔炼炉的工艺参数优化,得到最优的铝熔炼炉工艺参数组合,并对最优参数进行验证,结果表明达到了节源减排的目的。 In order to achieve high furnace thermal efficiency,less pollutant emission and good product,an orthogonal array was selected as the CFD experimental plan by cause and effect diagram of melting performance for an aluminum melting furnace.The Taguchi method was employed for parameter optimization on the performance of aluminum melting furnace in the paper.The optimal condition which may be used to save the energy and resource and reduce the pollutant emission is determined.Finally,the results were validated by the statistical analysis method.
