Quality Control of Aluminum Castings by Lost Wax Casting Process

通过对铝合金熔模精密铸造熔炼、浇注现场调研,发现了大炉工序在生产中存在的成型质量问题。根据分析,提出了成型质量控制要点及缺陷的控制方法。对熔炼工具、熔炼过程、变质剂、浇注过程等工艺参数都做了阐述。

Based on analysis of the melting and pouring problems existing in the melting process,this article presents the main points for melting molding quality control and the methods of controlling defects.According to the research and study results on the melting and pouring of the aluminum investment casting,the detail description of the parameters are given concerning the melting tooling,melting process,modification agent and pouring process.
