磨蚀介质对铝锰合金及其复合材料滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of the Corrosive and Wearing Media on the Wear Performance of Al-Mn Alloys and Al-Mn Composite under Sliding Friction Condition

摘要 用M-2000摩擦试验机对共晶铝锰合金和对应Al2O3颗粒增强铝锰基复合材料滑动摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,获取了其在不同载荷下的磨损量和磨损表面形貌。结果表明,材料的磨损量随着载荷的增加而增加,复合材料的磨损性能要优于相同含锰量的铝合金。 The wear performance of Al2O3particle-reinforced Al-Mn composite and eutectic Al-Mn alloys research by M-2000 wear tester.In the experiment: prepared Al2O3 particle-reinforced Al-2%Mn composite and Al-Mn alloys,got the data of lost weight of the composite the picture of surface of wearing in various loading.The experimental result:with the increasing of loading the Lost weight of composite is increasing;effect of wear performance with the corrosive and wearing media in sliding friction;the composites have better wear performance than the ally.
