衬底温度对Ba_2FeMoO_6薄膜生长的影响及磁性质研究

摘要 利用自制的Ba2FeMoO6陶瓷靶材,采用脉冲激光沉积技术,在钛酸锶SrTiO3(100)衬底上,于衬底温度分别为700℃、800℃、900℃下制备出了厚度为100 nm的双钙钛矿型氧化物Ba2 FeMoO6薄膜。分别采用XRD、AFM和VSM表征了样品的结构、表面形貌和磁性质。结果表明,在衬底温度为900℃时沿c轴择优取向生长效果最佳、成膜质量最好,从生长过程角度解释了原因;样品M-H曲线表明在衬底温度不同时生长出的各样品均具有铁磁性,其磁性随衬底温度的升高而增加,分子饱和磁矩在700℃到800℃时变化显著,在800℃到900℃时变化不是很大。 By pulsed laser deposition,double perovskite oxide Ba2FeMoO6(BFMO) thin films with thickness of 100 nm was grown on SrTiO3(100) single crystal substrates at temperature of 700 ℃,800 ℃,900 ℃.The target was fabricated by sol-gel materials.The crystal structure,surface morphology and magnetic properties were characterized by XRD,AFM and VSM respectively.The results showed that the BFMO films grown at 900 ℃ display c-axis preferred orientation and the film quality is the best.The hysterisis loops showed that all the samples are ferromagnetic.The molecular magnetic moment increases as the substrate temperature increasing,and the data irregular changing area is at ranges of 700 ℃ to 800 ℃,but the data at the ranges of 800 ℃ to 900 ℃ is not evident.
