利用脑局部一致性算法对原发性复杂部分性发作癫痫的磁共振研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的采用静息态功能磁共振成像(rfMRI)技术,通过与正常人对比,观察原发性癫痫复杂部分性发作患者脑局部一致性(ReHo)的改变情况,探讨其脑活动的神经机制。方法对20例复杂部分性发作癫痫患者与20例年龄、受教育程度相匹配的健康志愿者进行静息态磁共振扫描,使用ReHo算法对比分析MRI数据,观察两组被试血氧水平依赖(BOLD)信号局部一致性不同的区域。结果病人大脑的左右内侧颞叶、顶叶局部一致性较正常人高;另外在双侧楔前叶、小脑半球及左内侧前额叶的局部一致性较正常人低。结论 ReHo方法可以有效地用于癫痫基础和临床研究。 Objective To observe differences of regional homogeneity(ReHo) between patients with primary complex partial epilepsy and healthy people by applying the resting state fMRI,and to investigate patients'neuromechanism of cerebration.Methods The resting state fMRI were performed to 20 patients with complex partial epilepsy and 20 healthy volunteers who were age and education background matched.MRI data was compared and analyzed using ReHo analysis.The regions with different BOLD regional homogeneity in two groups were observed.Results The regional homogeneity of bilateral mesial temporal lobes and parietal lobe of patients was higher than healthy people.The regional homogeneity of bilateral precuneus,cerebellar hemisphere and left medial prefrontal lobe was lower than healthy people.Conclusion ReHo analysis can be used for the fundamental and clinical research of epilepsy.
