超级双相不锈钢S32750固溶处理组织的EBSD研究

摘要 应用EBSD技术研究了1 000℃~1 300℃固溶处理对超级双相不锈钢S32750组织的影响。结果表明,1 050℃以上固溶可以消除热轧态的σ相;随着固溶温度升高,铁素体相含量增加,奥氏体相含量下降,1 200℃以上铁素体晶粒明显长大;最佳固溶处理温度在1 050℃~1 100℃之间。 The effect of solution-treated temperature at 1 000 ℃~1 300 ℃ on microstructure of S32750 steel was studied by using the electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique.The results showed that the solution temperature must be over 1 050 ℃ in order to eliminate σ-phase of hot rolling steel.With the increasing of solution temperature,α-phase content increased and γ-phase content decreased The optimum solution temperature was 1 050 ℃~1 100 ℃.The grain size of α-phase grew up rapidly above 1 200 ℃.
