摘要自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层（spontaneous isolated of superior mesenteric artery dissection，SISMAD）是指夹层仅局限于肠系膜上动脉（superior mesenteric artery,SMA）而无主动脉受累。临床罕见，尸检其发病率为0．06％^[1]。
