摘要
目的:应用磁共振波谱(MRS)技术评价兔肝癌化疗栓塞的疗效。方法:建立兔肝癌模型,Seldinger's法股动脉插管行选择性肝动脉造影,采用化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗,治疗前后行MRS扫描,记录MRS各峰的峰值。结果:TACE治疗后的肝脏肿瘤组织具有一个异常增高的PCr峰,治疗后的PME/PDE比例较治疗前明显降低。结论:MRS作为无创性检查方法,可用于评价化疗的栓塞疗效。
Objective: To explore the application value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) imaging in evaluating the effect of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods: A rabbit model of transplantable hepatocellular carcinoma was established. Selective hepatic arteriography was treated by percutaneous transfemoral catheterization involving application of Seldinger's technique and transarterial chemoembolization was performed. MRS imaging was applied before and after the treatment and every peak value of MRS was recorded. Results: PCr peak of tumor tissue increased obviously after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, and the ratio of PME/PDE decreased significantly. Conclusion: As minimally invasive methods of examination, MRS can be used to evaluate the the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.
