摘要
流程再造及作业重组是医院转换观念、提升服务、提高管理的手段之一。该文通过阐述具有充值功能的门诊"一卡通"系统流程,分析了实施过程中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。
Process reengineering and operation restructuring can be used as one of the methods to convert ideas,improve service and management in hospital.The article describes the workflow of the out-patient prepaid card in Hospital Information System,analyzes the problems in the implementation,summarizes the experiences and lessons,and proposes measures for improvement.
