医院档案管理存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasure of Archives Management of Hospital

医院档案不仅涉及到医院自身历史发展的全貌,更关系到人民群众权益和健康。尽管目前多数医院建立了档案管理的规章制度,档案归档的数量、档案保管的设施、设备都有较大改善,但医疗机构的档案管理仍无法与日益发展的医院医疗、科研和行政管理水平相适应,加强医院档案的管理有着非常重要的意义。文章提出了一些改进医院档案管理的对策。

Archives of hospital not only shows the history of hospital development,but also relates to the people＇s interests and health.Nowadays most hospitals institutes rules and regulations of the archives management so that the amount of filing is increased and the equipments of archives storage is better,but the archives management still can not adapt to the increasing development of medical treatment,medical scientific research and administration of hospital.So energizing the archives management of hospital is of great significance to this.This paper proposes countermeasures to improve hospital archives management.
