电动气压止血带在四肢手术中的应用体会

Application of electropneumatic tourniquet in four limbs operation

目的:探讨在四肢手术中正确使用电动气压止血带的方法。方法:通过300例骨科四肢手术中气压止血带使用部位、时间、压力等的观察。结果:所有患者术中切口无渗血,切口视野清晰,手术时间缩短。2例术中出现低血压,10例术后24小时内出现患侧肢体麻木,平均术后72小时恢复。3例捆扎止血带部位出现淤血点,未做处理自行消退。结论:严格熟悉掌握电动止血带操作步骤及使用要点,能有效防范并发症的发生。

Objective：To prevent complication and ensure the safety of the operation,we discussed the correct method of electropneumatic tourniquet in four limbs operation.Methods： The location,time and pressure of the elctropneumatic tourniquet used by 300 orthopedics four limbs operation patients were observed.Results： During the operation there was no staxis from the incisal opening,the visual field of the opening was clear,and the operating time was short.Two of the 300 patients occurred hypopiesia during the operation,while 10 patients occurred limb numbness at the affected limb.The average recovery time was 72 hours.Congestion points were observed at the electro pneumatic tourniquet site,and they disappeared without any treatment.Conclusion： The complications could be avoided effectively by using the electropneumatic tourniquet as its manipulate instruction stringently.
