摘要
目的:介绍1例血管性痴呆84岁压疮Ⅳ期患者的护理措施与护理过程。方法:采用全身综合护理和局部精心护理。结果:患者经过3个多月的精心护理,全身的疮面已痊愈。结论:精心护理能使高龄精神科压疮Ⅳ期患者全身疮面痊愈。
Objective：To introduce the nursing measures and process of one case of 84-year-old inpatient with stage IV pressure ulcer.Methods：Comprehensive and ulcer-oriented nursing were integrated.Result： For more than three months ulcer-oriented nursing,the eldely impatients has got healed.Conclusion： With the integration of comprehensive and ulcer-oriented nursing,the elderly inpatients with stage IV pressure ulcer has got healed.
