奕棋镇育龄妇女生殖健康状况普查结果分析

The analysis of census results of the reproductive health conditions of the child-bearing aged women in YiQi town

目的：了解奕棋镇农村育龄妇女生殖道感染现状。方法：利用计生服务所每年对农村育龄妇女进行两次生殖健康检查的机会,连续5年对全镇9个行政村和1个居委会,年龄在20~49岁2300多名育龄妇女进行妇科检查,共8496人次。结果：查出患有各种妇科疾病2765人次,患病率32.54%,其中以生殖道感染最为常见,有2599人次,占30.60%。结论：降低农村妇女生殖道感染应成为计划生育技术服务的重要工作,要采取综合、有效措施降低感染率。

Objective： Aim：Finding out the present status of the reproductive tract infection（RTI） among the women at child-bearing age who live in the countryside.Methods： Grasping the opportunities of reproductive health examination twice a year and examining in a row about the reproductive health of the child-bearing aged women living in 9 administrative villages and 1 residents＇ committee,who were aged from 20 to 49 years old,altogether 8,496 person-time.Results：We have found out 2,765 person-time with various gynecological diseases,the prevalence rare is 32.54 percent,with the Reproductive Tract Infection most commonly seen.Total 2,599 person time,taking up 30.60 percent.Conclusion： To lower the rate of Reproductive Tract Infection of the woman living in country should be the significant part of the family plan service job,and the integrative and effective measures should be carried out.
