流动妇女艾滋病认知水平及影响因素研究

Floating Women's Cognitive Level of AIDS Knowledge and Influence Factors

目的了解流动妇女对艾滋病的认知水平和影响因素,为健康教育和行为干预提供指导依据。方法采用判断抽样法,2007年5～8月选择江苏省南京市、无锡市和盐城市作为调查地,在每个市选取一个区,以居住3个月以上、年龄在15～49周岁的外来流动妇女为调查对象。共发放问卷2230份,回收有效问卷2184份,问卷的有效回收率为97.9%,并对流动妇女艾滋病认知水平进行描述性统计分析,对有关因素采用Logistic模型进行分析。结果流动妇女对艾滋病的有关知识了解不全面,50.4%的妇女认为蚊叮虫咬能传染艾滋病;只有48.5%的人认为艾滋病病毒携带者与艾滋病患者是有区别的,流动妇女的艾滋病认知水平在不同地区和不同文化程度间存在显著差异。结论应加强在流动妇女中艾滋病的教育与干预,改善流动妇女的生育健康。

Objective To find out the cognitive level of AIDS knowledge and its influence factors among floating women and guide the work on AIDS education and intervention.Methods We chose Nanjing,Wuxi,and Yanchen in Jiangsu province to conduct questionnaire.In each city,we selected floating women who have lived for 3 months or longer and age between 15 and 49.2230 surveys were sent out,2184 were collected surveys and the return rate was 97.9%.The descriptive study on AIDS knowledge and logistic analysis on its influence factors were performed.Results The floating women＇s cognitive level of AIDS was not enough,50.4% of them took the mosquito bite as one of AIDS routes of infection;only 48.5% of them could differentiate AIDS patients from HIV patients.The cognitive level of floating women from different living areas and education levels showed obvious difference.Conclusion The education and intervention about AIDS knowledge should be enhanced among floating women to improve their reproductive health.
