摘要
目的分析角色扮演教学法对于提高医学生医患沟通能力的教学效果。方法南京医科大学临床医学专业A、B两个班医学生各50人为教学对象,在第四学年第一学期末实习课时分别采用角色扮演教学法和传统教学法施教,采用医患沟通问卷在教学前一个月和教学后一个月对两个班学生医患沟通能力进行调查和结果比较。结果采用角色扮演教学法的A班教学后建立关系、收集信息和结束沟通因子分高于教学前,对照组B班教学后建立关系、收集信息、解释病情因子分高于教学前,教学后A班的建立关系因子分高于B班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演教学法具有提高操作能力、激起换位思考优势,特别是建立关系能力的提高,适合医学生医患沟通能力的培养。
Objective To research the teaching effectiveness of role playing teaching strategy in developing doctor-patient communication skills of medical students.Methods In tuition procedure of doctor-patient communication skills,100 medical students were divided into two groups on random,the test group received role playing teaching strategy,while the control group received tuition procedure of origin.The teaching effectiveness was observed by using of doctor-patient communication questionnaire.Results In test group,scores of establish relationship factor,collect information factor and close communication factor were better than that of before receiving role playing teaching,in control group,scores of establish relationship factor,collect information factor and illness explanation factor were better than that of before receiving origin teaching,after tuition procedure,scores of establish relationship factor in test group were better than that of control group.Conclusion Compared with origin teaching,the role playing teaching strategy has a better teaching effectiveness in developing doctor-patient communication skills of medical students,particular in establishing relationship.
