单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床观察
摘要
目的观察神经节苷脂对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗效果。方法将72例诊断明确的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂，对照组加用脑生素。结果治疗组治疗后脑CT、新生儿神经行为测定评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效确切。
