摘要
总结了18例腹腔镜下行原发性肝癌切除术患者的观察与护理,包括:手术前应进行充分的准备,给予心理护理、护肝治疗及肠道准备,术后应严密观察病情变化,及时发现有无腹腔内出血、胆汁渗漏、肩部疼痛、腹部皮下气肿、肝功能衰竭、胸腔积液等并发症。认为及时有效处理并发症,是保证手术成功的关键。
Summaried the nursing procedures of 18 patients underwent laparoscopic resection of primary hepatocarcinoma retrospectively, Including： preoperative treatments, psychological care, hepatic function, bowel preparation, pay much attention to the pathogenetic condition of every patient after the operation, and discovered the complications such as bleeding, biliary fistula, liver function failure , shoulder pain, abdominal subcutaneous emphysema and pleural eftusion timely. Believe timely treatment of these complications is the key for a successful surgery.
