摘要
目的探讨在急诊危重患者院前急救转运中应用护理安全管理措施,以减少意外事故,避免医疗纠纷,保障患者安全。方法选择本院2009年1月至2010年12月的从出诊接回或外院转运到本院急诊危重患者1626例,其中2009年1月至2009年12月采取传统转运患者765例为对照组;2010年1月至2010年12月采取护理安全管理措施转运患者861例为措施组,比较2组意外发生率、患者以及家属的满意度。结果对照组转运途中发生意外183例、死亡21例、患者以及家属的不满意度19.08%;措施组分别为87例、2例、4.76%,2组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对急诊危重患者院前急救转运实施护理安全管理措施可提高危重患者院前急救转运的安全性。
Obejective ：To explore the nursing safety management use in critical patients＇ pre-hospital transfer. Methods 1626 critical patients who were transferred to our emergency room from January 2009 to December 2010 were divided into control group（765 patients） and intervention group （861 patients）. The patients in control group accepted traditional tranfer, and the patients in intervention group accepted nursing safety manament. The accident rates and the satisfaction degree of patients and their families were compared with the two groups. Results The accident rate of intervention group was lower than control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, the satisfaction degree of patients and their families of intervention group was higher than control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The nursing safety management that used on critical patients could improve the safety of prehospital transfer.
