摘要 采用自行研制的表面解吸常压化学电离源(SDAPCI),在无需样品预处理的前提下用质谱法直接分析不同品质油品(地沟油、市售品牌食用油),获得其化学指纹图谱,并通过主成分分析(PCA)方法,对指纹谱图信息进行数据分析,进而对不同品质油品进行筛查。结果表明:(1)地沟油与品牌食用油的指纹谱图间存在差异(;2)SDAPCI-MS结合PCA方法,能较好地将地沟油样品与正常的食用油样品进行区分(;3)本方法无需前处理、灵敏度高,分析速度快(单个样品分析时间约1.0 min),实现了高通量油样的快速筛查,为食品安全中快速筛查地沟油提供了一种快速、高效、灵敏的分析方法。 By using a home-made surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source,illicit cooking oils and normal edible oils were directly analyzed by mass spectrometry without any sample pretreatment.The MS data were further analyzed using principal component analysis(PCA).The SDAPCI-MS fingerprints of illicit cooking oils were different from those of normal edible oils.With the application of PCA,illicit cooking oils were successfully differentiated from normal oils.The method developed here is attractive by showing the advantages of no need for sample pretreatment,high sensitivity and high analytical speed(1.0 min per sample),and thus provides a fast and effective method to screen illicit cooking oils for the sake of food safety.
