摘要
本文研制了一种用来同时检测环境水中的阴、阳离子含量的全自动离子色谱仪。本文首先介绍了仪器的结构和电控系统,接着对仪器的性能进行了测试。应用该仪器对阴离子(F-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、H2PO4-、SO42-)和阳离子(Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+)的含量进行测定,各种离子的检出限(S/N=3)和相对标准偏差分别为0.0005 mg/L和1.20%,0.0007 mg/L和1.02%,0.0032 mg/L和0.98%,0.0023 mg/L和0.95%,0.0804 mg/L和0.78%,0.0051 mg/L和0.77%,0.0016 mg/L和0.75%,0.0021 mg/L和0.28%,0.0073 mg/L和0.33%,0.0229 mg/L和0.92%,0.0161 mg/L和0.17%,0.0190 mg/L和0.93%;样品的加标回收率在91.6%~104.0%之间。使用配对t检验,将自动进样法和手动进样法测定结果进行对比,结果显示没有显著差异。
An automatic two-channel ion chromatograph was developed to determine anion and cation in environmental water.Firstly,the structure of the instrument and the electric control system were introduced,then the function was tested.The ion chromatograph was used to determine F-,Cl-,NO2-,Br-,NO3-,H2PO4-,SO42-,Na+,NH4+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+,the detection limit and the relative standard deviation were found to be 0.0005 mg/L and 1.20%,0.0007 mg/L and 1.02%,0.0032 mg/L and 0.98%,0.0023 mg/L and 0.95%,0.0804 mg/L and 0.78%,0.0051 mg/L and 0.77%,0.0016 mg/L and 0.75%,0.0021 mg/L and 0.28%,0.0073 mg/L and 0.33%,0.0229 mg/L and 0.92%,0.0161 mg/L and 0.17%,0.0190 mg/L and 0.93%,separately;The recoveries of these ions were among 91.6%~104.0%.Compared the automatic injection method with the manual method by paired t-test,the result showed no significant difference.
