头颅锥形束CT用于正畸辅助诊断的价值 被引量:4

Application of cone beam computed tomography to orthodontic diagnosis

摘要 头颅锥形束CT(CBCT)不仅能够提供便捷、准确的颅颌面三维影像,还具有扫描时间短、放射剂量小、费用低廉等优点,这使其近年来在正畸临床快速普及应用。本文结合我院CBCT临床应用的经验,对CBCT在正畸头影测量、埋伏牙、微种植体、气道测量、成人颞颌关节病及牙周病、正颌外科等方面的辅助诊断应用做一总结。 ZHOU Hong, PAN Feng, ZHENG Yu-ying. Department of Orthodontics, Stomatology Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an 710004, China Summary: Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) can provide dentists convenient and accurate three dimensional information of maxillofacial structures. Due to its short scanning time, low dose of radiation and finical convenience, CBCT got a quickly spreading in orthodontics. This article reviewed the application of CBCT to orthodontic practice, which included eephalometries, impacted teeth, mini-implants, airway analysis, TMD, periodontal disease and orthognathic surgery.
