基于网络调查的“211工程”大学图书馆学科馆员制度建设现状研究

Research on the Status of Subject Librarian System Construction in "211 Projects" Academic Libraries Based on Network Investigation

利用网络直接检索法调查全国"211工程"大学图书馆学科馆员制度建设的现状,调查结果显示学科馆员制度的发展出现一些新的特点:馆员岗位职责不断扩展;服务方式多样化,学科博客成为新宠;实施模式以学科馆员对口负责为主。同时提出应该从完善学科馆员管理制度,建立学科馆员考核评价体系;拓展学科馆员服务深度,加强重点学科的个性化知识服务;激发用户价值,建设用户关系资源等方面不断完善和改进学科馆员制度建设。

Through network directly searching method,the status of subject librarian system construction in universities of ＂211 Project＂ was investigated,and the result shows that there are some new features in subject librarian system development,such as librarian job responsibilities have been expanding,the mode of service has a tendency of diversification,discipline blogs become a new favorite,and the main implementation mode is counterpart responsible for the users.Moreover,the paper presents that we should improve subject librarian system in three aspects： to perfect management system by establishing assessment system;to expand the depth of subject librarian service by strengthening personalized knowledge services to key disciplines;to stimulate users＇ value by building relationship with users.
