白背叶提取物A的体外抗肿瘤活性研究

The anti-tumor Effect of Extract from Mallotus apelta Muell-Arg. in vitro.

目的观察白背叶提取物A对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法采用四唑盐比色试验(MTT法),以半数抑制浓度(IC50)为评价抗肿瘤活性强度的指标,分别对HL60人白血病细胞、Hela人宫颈癌细胞、A375人黑色素瘤细胞、MCF7人乳腺癌细胞4种常见的人恶性肿瘤细胞进行抗肿瘤活性的筛选。结果白背叶提取物A在浓度为10μg/ml时对HL60(P<0.05)、Hela(P<0.05)、A375(P<0.05)、MCF7(P<0.01)即有明显抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),其IC50分别为29.64,30.36,36.65,42.81μg/ml。结论白背叶提取物A对以上4种肿瘤细胞的增殖均有抑制作用。

Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of extract A from Mallotus apelta Muell-Arg.on HL60,Hela,A375 and MCF7 tumor cell lines.Methods MTT assay was employed to test the anti-tumor effect of extract A in four kinds of malignant tumor cell lines,with IC50 applied to evaluate the degree of anti-tumor activity.Results Extract A at 10μg/ml,in a dose-dependent manner,inhibited the proliferation of HL60（P0.05）,Hela（P0.05）,A375（P0.05）,MCF7（P0.01） cell lines effectively and the IC50 were 29.64,30.36,36.65,42.81μg/ml,respectively.Conclusion Mallotus apelta Muell-Arg.extract A can inhibit the proliferation of HL60,Hela,A375,MCF7 in vitro.
