复元活血汤对骨折早期血管内皮生长细胞因子活性的影响

Effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Tang on the Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor during Early Fracture Healing

目的探讨复元活血汤对骨折早期局部血管内皮增长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠建立开放骨折髓内固定动物模型,分复元活血汤组、生理盐水组。分别在3,5,7,14,21 d取骨折区组织,通过RT-PCR方法进行半定量分析VEGF的表达。结果 VEGF在3 d时表达开始增强:试验组3 d时VEGF表达较生理盐水组弱(P>0.05),5,7,14,21 d复元活血汤组表达较生理盐水组强(P<0.05);5,7 d VEGF表达到峰值(P<0.01)。结论骨折早期复元活血汤促进VEGF表达增强。

Objective To explore the effects of Fuyuan Huoxue Tang on the expression of local vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）during early fracture healing.Methods The animal model of opened fracture with intramedullary fixation was established in sixty male SD rats.The rats were divided into herb group（Fuyuan Huoxue Tang） and saline group.The tissues in fracture area were obtained on day 3,5,7,14 and 21.Semi-quantitative analysis was used to detect the expression of VEGF through RT-PCR method.Results VEGF was increased significantly on day 3.The expression of VEGF was weaker in experimental group compared with the saline group on day 3（P0.05）,which was stronger in the herb group compared with the saline group on day 5,7,14 and 21（P0.05）.The expression of VEGF reached the peak on day 5 and 7（P0.01）.Conclusion Fuyuan Huoxue Tang in early fracture can accelerate the expression of VEGF.
