摘要
目的采用水蒸气蒸馏法从芒果叶中提取挥发油。方法采用GC-MS法分析芒果叶挥发油的成分。结果分离出37个色谱峰,鉴定出18种成分,占已分离组分总含量的90%以上。其中α-古芸烯、ι-榄香烯、α-律草烯和2-亚甲基-4,8,8-三甲基-4-乙烯基-二环[5.2.0]壬烷是其中所含的相对含量较高的成分。结论通过对芒果叶挥发油的分析,为其进一步开发提供科学依据。
Objective To extract the essential oil from Mangifera inidca L.by steam distillation.Methods The chemical composition of the essential oil from Mangifera inidca L.were anlyzed by GC-MS.Results The constituents were identified by GC-MS.18 components were separated,identified and accounted for over 90%.Conclusion By analyzing the essential oil from Mangifera inidca L.,the scientific foundations were provided for further development.
