摘要
目的为芭蕉根的进一步研究开发提供鉴别依据。方法采用拉曼光谱鉴别芭蕉根及其易混淆品。结果芭蕉根及其易混淆品在拉曼光谱图中均有各自的特征峰,可容易地将它们区别开。结论拉曼光谱特征可作为芭蕉根的生药鉴别依据。
Objective To provide a scientific evaluation for identification and development of the Rhizoma Musae.Methods Raman spectroscopy was used for identifying Rhizoma Musae and its adulterants.Results Rhizoma Musae and its adulterants had spectral features,and they could be easily identified.Conclusion The results can be taken as the reference of identification for Rhizoma Musae.
