摘要
目的综述近十年有关延胡索的化学成分与质量控制研究进展。方法查阅国内外近年来大量文献,对延胡索的化学成分和质量控制的有关方面进行分析和归纳。结果与结论延胡索的主要化学成分为生物碱类,提取方法除经典热回流法,超声提取及高速逆流色谱法等新技术也得到广泛的应用;质量评价主要以单指标质控(即延胡索乙素)和指纹图谱为主;文章还总结了延胡索的体内动态研究,这对中药现代化形势下延胡索的深入研究具有重要意义。
Objective To review the advancements on chemical components and quality control of Rhizoma Corydalis for the recent decade.Methods The author analyzed and summarized the chemical composition and quality control of Rhizoma Corydalis by referring an extensive literature at home and abroad in recent years.Results and Conclusion The main chemical ingredients of Corydalis are alkaloids.Ultrasonic extraction and high-speed countercurrent chromatography and other new technologies are widely used in the extraction process of Rhizoma Corydalis besides the classical hot reflux extraction.The quality evaluation are based on the principal of one single indicator（ie,Tetrahydropalmatine） and chromatographic fingerprint.The author also summarizes the in vivo dynamics of Rhizoma Corydalis,which is important to the further study of this herb under the situation of traditional Chinese medicine modernization.
