不同中医治法对帕金森病模型大鼠cAMP、cGMP的影响

The Influence of Different Therapeutic Methods in TCM on cAMP and cGMP of PD Rat Model Rats

目的研究不同中医治法对帕金森病大鼠环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的影响。方法采用经典的6-羟基多巴胺损毁注射法制作帕金森大鼠模型,并应用活血化瘀(代表方桃红四物汤)、涤痰熄风(代表方涤痰汤)、滋阴熄风(代表方天麻钩藤饮)和复合治法(代表方复方地黄方)等不同中医治法及相应代表方剂进行治疗,同时设立正常对照组、假手术组作对照。采用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP的含量。结果模型组cAMP明显升高,与各组差异均有统计学意义(P(0.05或P(0.01),cGMP明显下降,与桃红四物汤组、涤痰汤组差异无统计学意义(P(0.05),与其它各组相比差异有统计学意义(P(0.01)。桃红四物汤组和涤痰汤组比较无显著性差异(P(0.05)。天麻钩藤饮组与各用药组比较,cAMP均无显著性差异(P(0.05),cGMP均有显著性差异(P(0.01)。复方地黄方组与各用药组比较,cAMP均无显著性差异(P(0.05),cGMP均有显著性差异(P(0.01)。天麻钩藤饮组和复方地黄方组比较,各指标差异均无统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论各种治法均有明显的使cAMP、cGMP的血浆含量向正常水平恢复的作用,但以滋阴熄风和复合治法为好。

Objective To investigate the influence of different therapeutic methods in TCM on cAMP and cGMP in PD model rats.Methods The PD model was established by the classic method of 6-OHDA injection.Several different kinds Chinese medical formulases were used to treat the model.The therapeutic method of Ziyin Xifeng was presented by Tianma Gouteng Decoction,the therapeutic method of Huoxue Huayu was presented by Taohong Siwu Decoction.The therapeutic method of Ditan Xifeng was presented by Ditan Decoction;The complex therapeutic method was presented by Complex Dihuang Decoction.cAMP and cGMP contents in PD rats were detected by RIA.Results cAMP content increased and there was statistically significant（P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01） as compared to every group.cGMP was decreased and there was statistically significant（P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01） compared with the other groups except Taohong Siwu Decoction group and Ditan Decoction group.Compared with Taohong Siwu Decoction group and Ditan Decoction group,both of the indictors were not obviously statistically significant（P﹥0.05）.Compared with Tianma Gouteng Decoction group,cAMP were not obviously statistically significant（P﹥0.05）,cGMP was obviously statistically significant（P﹤0.01）.Compared with Complex Dihuang Decoction group,cAMP were not obviously statistically significant（P﹥0.05）,cGMP was obviously statistically significant（P﹤0.01）.Compared with Tianma Gouteng Decoction group and Complex Dihuang Decoction group,both of the indictors was not obviously statistically significant（P﹥0.05）.Conclusion Every therapeutic method in TCM can make cAMP and cGMP contents tend to the normal levels,and the complex TCM therapy and ZIYIN therapy has the best effects.
