摘要
目的研究菟丝子总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件。方法在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交实验,以菟丝子总黄酮含量为指标,分别考察所选的各因素对超声法提取工艺的影响,筛选最佳的提取条件。结果超声法提取菟丝子总黄酮的最佳条件为乙醇浓度55%,溶剂用量60ml,提取时间60min,提取温度60℃。结论用该工艺提取菟丝子总黄酮,提取率高,重现性好。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavones in Cuscuta chinensis Lam.Methods The influence of different factors on the ultrasonic extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test to select the best extraction method,with total flavonoid content as an indicator and on basis of simple-factor experiment.Results The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows: ethanol 55%,dosage of solvent 60ml,extracting time 60 min,extraction temperature 60℃.Conclusion This process is featured by higher extraction rate.
