基于壳聚糖纳米颗粒可控释阿霉素载体的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的制备包载阿霉素(Dox)的壳聚糖(CS)纳米颗粒并研究其性质。方法对Dox-CS纳米颗粒的粒径、Zeta电位进行表征,并考察纳米颗粒的包封率、体外释放,同时将该颗粒应用于体外抗肿瘤活性研究。结果 CS-Dox纳米颗粒对Dox有较高的包封效率,并具有显著的缓释作用,体外抗肿瘤活性实验表明Dox被CS纳米颗粒包载后,还保持了较好的抑瘤作用。结论该研究为开发Dox的新剂型提供了实验依据。
