摘要
目的研究沙苑子中的化学成分。方法应用色谱手段分离纯化,利用光谱分析方法鉴定化学成分。结果从沙苑子中得到6个化合物,β-谷甾醇①;十七烷酸1-甘油酯②;豆甾醇③;鼠李柠檬素④;芒柄花素⑤;沙苑子苷⑥。结论化合物2为首次从该属中分离得到,首次研究了化合物6的清除羟自由基的活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of seed of Astragalus complanatus. Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques,and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(1),2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadecoate(2),stigmasterol(3),rhamnocitrin(4),formononetin(5),complanaruside(6). Conclusion Compound 2 was firstly isolated from this genus.Compound 6 showed scavenging effect on hydroxylradical.
