沙棘汁中总黄酮提取及纯化研究

Extraction and Purification of Total Flavones from Fruit Juice of Hippophae rhamnoides L.

目的建立沙棘汁总黄酮的提取及纯化工艺。方法溶剂提取法提取黄酮,大孔吸附树脂纯化,利用紫外分光光度计检测黄酮的含量。结果在50℃的条件下用V(醋酸乙酯):V(95%乙醇)=3:7回流提取3次,每次2 h,料液比为1:10(W/V),并用大孔吸附树脂纯化。在此条件下,黄酮类化合物的得率达1.611%,纯度为20.18%。结论上述方法可以有效提取及纯化沙棘汁中的总黄酮。

Objective To study the extraction and purification of total flavone from fruit juice of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Methods Solvent-extraction process was used for flavones extraction,macroporous resin was used to purify the total flavones and UV spectrophotometry was used to analyze the contents of total flavones. Results The optimum conditions were 50℃,1：10（W/V）,the mixture extracting solvent ratio of Vethyl acetate to V95%ethanolwere 3：7,extracting 3 times and 2h for each time,purification of total flavones by macroporous resin.The extraction yeild of flavones was 1.611%,and its purity was 20.18%. Conclusion The total flavones from fruit juice of Hippophae rhamnoides L.can be effectively extracted and purified by above-mentioned methods.
