六味止痛胶囊制备工艺中挥发油提取及其β-环糊精包合工艺的研究

Technologies of Volatile Oil Extraction and B-cyclodextrin Inclusion from Liuweizhitong Capsule by Orthogonal Test

目的对六味止痛胶囊中当归、安息香、藏菖蒲、藏党参挥发油的提取以及β-环糊精包合工艺进行研究。方法采用正交实验法。结果挥发油最佳提取工艺为,药材加入10倍量水,浸泡45 min,提取8 h;包合最佳工艺为,包合温度50℃,搅拌时间30 min,β-CD与挥发油的比为8:1,β-CD与水之比为1:15。结论该提取工艺挥发油得率最高;β-CD包合技术可以使当归、安息香、藏菖蒲、藏党参挥发油固体化,从而减少挥发损失。

Objective To obtain the best technologies of volatile oil extraction and B-cyclodextrin inclusion from Liuweizhitong Capsule. Methods The orthogonal test was adopted. Results The best extraction procedure was that the raw herbs were immersed with 10 times of water for 45 min and boiled for 8 h;the optimum ethanol extraction process were that inclusion temperature was 50 ℃ with β-CD and volatile oil（8：1）,β-CD and water（1：15） and stirred for 30 min.. Conclusion This volatile oil extraction techology is the best one,and the β-CD inclusion techndogy can make the volatile oil solidify and reduce its loss.
