摘要
目的 HPLC-ELSD法建立人参药材指纹图谱。方法采用Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,气体压力25psi、增益500、加热器级别66%、漂移管温度75℃。结果以人参皂苷Rb1为参照物,通过对10批吉林通化产的不同批次的人参药材进行指纹图谱研究,标定了9个共有峰,并利用《中国药典》中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统A版,计算出其相似度均在0.99以上。结论该方法可为更好地控制人参药材的内在质量提供科学依据。
Objective To set up the crude drug fingerprint of Ginseng Radix by HPLC-ELSD. Methods Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) Chromatogram column was used and eluted with acetonitrile-water gradient,the rate flow was 1.0 ml/min,the gas pressure was 25psi,gaining was 500,heater rank was 66%,and drifting cube temperature was 75℃. Results Using Rb1 as the object of reference,the 10 batches of the crude drugs of Tonghua in Jilin showed nine peaks in common,and the RSD of the 10 batches of the crude drugs was above 0.99. Conclusion The method offered better scientific basis for controlling the inherent quality of Ginseng Radix.
