网络联结、组织间学习与产业集群能力增进——基于浙江的实证研究 被引量:16

Network ties,inter-organizational learning and the improvement of ability to industrial cluster:based on an empirical study in Zhejiang

摘要 文章构建了不同网络联结对产业集群能力的影响机制和概念模型,并对128家浙江集群企业进行多元回归分析和验证,认为网络中不同主体的关联结网有助于产业集群能力增进,但其作用机制不同。组织间学习中介了本地商业网络和知识网络与产业集群能力的关系,但在协调网络与集群能力增进中没有起到中介作用。认为商业网络和知识网络有利于集群学习网络建构和新知识生成机制形成从而促进集群内力持续提升,是产业集群能力增进的内生动力。而协调网络通过政府等公共机构以资金、政策及共性技术研发等方面提供的支持,帮助集群企业改进生产技术从而提高企业能力水平,是集群能力增进的外源动力。该项研究对于企业有效构建网络联结和政府技术政策供给具有重要指导意义。 The mechanism and conceptual model of the network ties of different notes to the capability of industry cluster are constructed this paper, and do an empirical research for 128 manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang with the multiple linear regression methods, and draw conclusions that different network ties will help to promote the ability to industrial cluster, but their mechanisms are different. Interorganizational learning has an intermediary effect between the local commercial network and knowledge network and promoting industrial cluster ability, but the intermediary effect is not exist between coordination network and promoting industrial cluster ability. We think that the commercial network and knowledge network are conducive to constructing the learning network and the mechanism of new knowledge generating so as to promote ability to cluster, and it is the endogenous dynamic. However coordination network mainly played a role of supplying the funds, policy and common technology, and help the enterprises to improve the production technology, so as to promote the level of ability to enterprise, and it is an exogenous dynamic. It has an important guiding meaning about the study on constructing effective network ties for an enterprise and supplying the policies of government technology.
