摘要
以广东珠三角地区122家IT企业为研究对象,考察IT基础、知识共享与组织创新之间的关系,结果表明:组织内的知识共享,包括组织内非正式知识共享与正式的知识共享,均可以显著地促进技术创新,而组织内非正式知识共享与组织间的知识共享,则对管理创新有积极影响;IT基础对于组织间的知识共享以及组织内非正式知识共享有促进作用,但IT基础对于组织内正式的知识共享却没有显著影响;组织内知识共享,包括组织内非正式与正式的知识共享,在IT基础与技术创新之间起到了完全中介作用,而组织间的知识共享,包括组织间非正式与正式的知识共享,则在IT基础促进管理创新的过程中发挥了部分中介作用。
The authors collected data from 122 IT enterprises which come from Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province and tested the relationship among IT infrastructure, knowledge sharing and organizational innovation. It is proved that knowledge sharing within organizations, including formal knowledge sharing and informal knowledge sharing, can promote technical innovation significantly. However, informal knowledge sharing within organization and knowledge sharing between organizations have positive effects on management innovation. IT infrastructure of enterprise promote knowledge sharing between organizations and informal knowledge sharing within organization, but no significant effect on formal knowledge sharing within organization. Furthermore, knowledge sharing in organization, including formal and informal sharing, has wholly mediating effect between IT infrastructure and technical innovation. And knowledge sharing between organizations, including formal and informal sharing, has partly mediating effect in the process that IT infrastructure promote management innovation.
