This article firstly describes the risk management process in digital library,analyzes and draws lessons from the theoretical framework of enterprise management,and establishes a digital library intellectual property risk management framework;then it puts forward a digital library intellectual property risk identification model and the methods of risk analysis and evaluation.Finally,the article introduces the risk strategies and how to make risk decisions.
