青春期特发性卵巢早衰的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析青春期特发性卵巢早衰(POF)的临床与发病特征。方法:选取青春期POF患者32例(年龄15~19岁),与同期成年POF患者40例(年龄30~40岁)对照,比较分析两组患者临床资料的差异。结果:(1)青春期POF与成年患者比较,体质指数、血清雌激素水平较低,少有低雌激素症状发生,而染色体核型异常率高,差异有统计学意义;初潮年龄、血清FSH升高、特发型发生率差异无显著性。(2)采用人工周期治疗,所有患者用药期间均表现为月经来潮,低雌激素症状缓解或消失,停药后无月经来潮,低雌激素症状复现。结论:青春期特发性POF的发病并不少见,与成年POF患者比较,其有自身的特征表现,激素治疗同样有效。
