摘要 以氨基醇和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经Michael加成、Dieckmann环合、脱羧等反应,合成了5个N-羟烷基-4-哌啶酮,摩尔收率在21.9%~45.6%。对环合过程中甲醇钠用量进行了考察,得出n(二次加成产物)∶n(甲醇钠)=1∶1.6为最佳摩尔比。对在合成N-6'-羟己基-4-哌啶酮过程中出现的羟醛缩合副产物和氯代副产物进行了分离和表征。 The synthesis of N-hydroxyalkyl-4-piperidones was studied. N-Hydroxyalkyl-4-piperidones can be obtained from amino alcohols and methyl acrylate through Michael reaction, followed by Dieckmann cyclization and decarboxylation, with a molar yield of 21.9% - 45.6%. The dosage of sodium methoxide in the Dieckmann cyclization was investigated and the best result was obtained under the molar ratio 1 : 1.6 of diadduct to sodium methoxide, The by-products through aldol condensation and chloro substitution in the synthe.sis process of N-6′-hydroxyhexyl-4-piperidone were separated and characterized.
