摘要
针对海古101井钻井工程设计过程中遇到潜山油气藏硫化氢含量高、地层压力系数低、地层埋藏深且温度高、工具不配套及技术措施不适应等问题,以钻井工程设计为主线,对该井井身结构、井眼轨迹进行了优化设计,对PDC钻头进行了优选,钻具组合采用复合钻具进行钻进,并根据实际情况选择了相应级别的防硫井口装置、套管及主要配件,满足了高含硫钻井施工安全、快捷的要求。该井的安全顺利完钻,获得了许多高含硫井钻井的宝贵经验。
There are high content of hydrogen sulfide in buried-hill oil-gas reservoirs, low formation pressure coefficient, deep formation burial, high formation temperature, shortage of matching tools and unsuitable technological measures in the process of drilling engineering design in Haigu 101 well. Considering these problems and taking drilling engineering design as the focus, an optimized design of the well structure and the borehole track was conducted. The PDC drilling bit was optimized. The drilling assembly adopted compound drilling tools to conduct drilling. The corresponding anti-sulfuric wellhead, casing and main fittings were chosen according to the practical conditions. All these satisfy the requirement of safe and quick operation in high-sulfur drilling.
