非对称结构曲柄的改造设计

摘要 针对油田小排量机井增加的实际情况,对在用的非对称循环抽油机中曲柄装置的结构特点进行研究,提出了该曲柄结构的改造技术方案。实践证明该项技术适合大偏置角、小扭矩工况参数下的曲柄改造,具有加工费用低、易行和调节方便等优点,有效地解决了非对称循环抽油机在小排量机井下的继续应用问题。给出了该曲柄结构改造的设计原理、注意事项和主要计算公式,为同类大偏置角和非对称结构曲柄装置的改造设计提供了参考依据。 In light of the fact that there is a growing number of small displacement pumped wells in oilfields, the structural features of the crank currently used in asymmetrical circulating pumping units were studied. The technological innovation scheme of the crank structure was formulated. The practice shows that the technology is suitable to the innovation of the crank under the parameters of large offset angle and small torque. It has strengths, such as low processing fees, feasibility and convenient regulation. It has effectively solved the problem of the continuous application of the asymmetrical pumping unit in small displacement pumped wells. The design principle, precautions and main calculation formulas in the structural innovation of the crank were introduced. The study provides the reference for the innovation design of the crank with similar large offset angle and asymmetrical structure.
